昔から、そう呼ばれていた熊野は、かつての紀伊国牟婁（むろ）郡、現在の和歌山県南部～三重県南部をさし、現在でもその片鱗がうかがえ、豊かな森に包まれています。

It was awesome practice in Aikikai Honbu Dojo in this morning again, leading by Moriteru Ueshiba Doshu.
