Basic Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and must be tech savvy.
- Knowledge/ Familiarity in Digital Marketing is preferred but not required

- Must be tech savvy and familiar with CRM, E-mail platforms and the like.
3. Business Development Officer:
Job Description:
Focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and identify potential opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
4. Customer Service Officers:
Job Description:
Responsible for providing full assistance and support to customers, from addressing inquiries on documents to assisting in application fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business and Communication related Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and empathic when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Very good is using Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
- Must be fast learner ( Process, procedures, technology )
5. Administrative Assistants/Officers:
Job Description:
Provides administrative support to the organization, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. May also include customer other back office support to clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business or Office administration program
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM, E-mail Platforms).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
6. Immigration Case Officers:
Job Description:
Responsible for managing immigration cases, including visa applications, residency permits, and citizenship processes. They review documents, liaise with clients and immigration representatives, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations of Canada, New Zealand, UK, Australia, US and the like will be a big plus.
