Situated at the heart of Myeongdong, this famous Michelin Star restaurant offers its sumptuous dumplings and noodles. A must try if you’re planning to go in Seoul.
It’s fast paced as they will require you to order and pay before giving you a table. Lots of locals coming in and out. I recommend to go on or before meal times as it gets crowded, and waiting time takes longer during lunch/dinner time.

Dogo Onsen in Matsuyama, Japan is one of the country’s oldest hot springs, with a history spanning over 1,000 years. The main building, Dogo Onsen Honkan, was constructed in 1894 and is said to have inspired the bathhouse in Hayao Miyazaki’s animated film *Spirited Away*.

It’s a 5-min ferry ride from Shin-Mikasa Terminal.
Round trip fare for adults: ¥2,000
You can go on a picnic, beach trip, or simply explore the ruins on the island. Just a short trip, not that far from Tokyo. (1 - 1.5hr train ride)

UNI Donuts
They’re good, but the filling overpowers the dough. I feel like it was a lot. I wanted to try the plain one, but it wasn’t available on the branch we went to.
There are several fillings to choose from. In this photo, my friend and I tried the chocolate and matcha filling.

I’ve been living in Japan for more than half a decade now, and have experienced mostly everything a foreigner could experience in their stay here.
I’ve been to 29 out of the 47 Prefectures of Japan. Not in a rush to go to all of it though.
I want to share what I learned from living in this wonderful country (and of course in other places I’d be going/have gone to).

I want to help people navigate their way in Japan by offering my services.
