Egg scramble is a simple and quick dish made by whisking eggs and cooking them in a hot pan. Here's a basic recipe:
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter or oil
Optional: diced vegetables (like onions, tomatoes, bell peppers), cheese, herbs, or meats (like ham or bacon)
Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter or oil.
Once the butter is melted, pour in the whisked eggs.
Let the eggs set for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.
Continue to stir gently until the eggs are cooked but still soft and slightly creamy.
Remove from heat immediately to avoid overcooking.
Serve hot with toast or your preferred side
