Position: Tours and Travel Operator

Sefa Tour Travel Adventure is seeking to recruit for the above mentioned position immediately.

The ideal candidate should be someone who is articulate, has exceptional customer service skills, possess good writing skills, is able to multi task, and is personable.

Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Tours and Travel operations and proficiency in windows applications

Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience

Duty Station:Mombasa

Anticipated Start date: Immediately

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

Collect payment for transportation and accommodations from customer.

Converse with customers to determine destination, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodation required.

Compute cost of travel and accommodation using computer, tariff books, hotel rate books or quote tour package costs.

Book transportation and hotels using computer terminal or via telephone

Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.

Print or request transportation carrier tickets, using computer printer system or system link to travel carrier.

1. Hooting is NOT allowed inside the park and,
2. Keep your voices and mobiles phones on the low

Not only is litter bad for the environment, it impacts our wildlife severely:
1. causing injuries that may be fatal or lead to infection
2. could be toxic causing severe illness or death
3. blocks their digestive tracts causing them to starve

We have had two iconic days (World Elephant & Lion Days) to raise awareness about the conservation plight our wildlife is facing.

Today, however, admin anaonelea we address another very big elephant in the room. Surely guys, why do you purposely litter your surroundings?

You may not necessarily have to visit a game reserve to see wildlife. Traversing the countryside also gets you into contact with the natives on their day today walk abouts.This how amazing Kenya gives back to the travel enthusiasts
