Success Story: Empowering Youth from Katheri Circuit at Jitulize Oasis๐
Over the December holiday, Deluxe Teambuilders had the privilege of hosting a remarkable group of young people from the Katheri Circuit at the serene Jitulize Oasis. This event was a shining example of how structured, purposeful activities can bring transformation and inspiration to youth groups.
The day began with a powerful session led by Rev Bill Mburush, a man of God whose words resonated deeply with the youth. His message of hope, faith, and resilience encouraged the group to reflect on their purpose and the importance of making godly choices amidst the challenges of peer pressure. The session set a firm spiritual foundation, equipping the youth with wisdom and strength to navigate life's complexities.
With hearts uplifted and minds motivated, Deluxe Teambuilders took over, engaging the youth in a series of fun learning activities. These activities were designed to promote critical life skills such as communication, teamwork, decision-making, and strategies for resisting peer pressure. The energy, laughter, and camaraderie displayed by the youth were truly inspiring as they tackled challenges together and learned the value of working as a team.
In the afternoon, the group enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation with swimming and board games. The swimming session was both a refreshing break and an opportunity for bonding, while the board games fostered strategic thinking and light-hearted interaction among the participants.
The success of this day was a testament to the power of collaboration, mentorship, and engaging youth in meaningful ways. The combination of spiritual encouragement and practical team-building activities left a lasting impact on the group, equipping them to become better communicators, decision-makers, and leaders in their communities.
