Tanzania Unforgettable
The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) has recently given Tanzania the 'safe travel' stamp. The Minister for Natural Resources and Tourism, Dr Hamis Kingwangalla, said "We can now use this stamp ... to promote our attractions and we are confident that as more countries open from lockdown, we will have more tourists."

The Wildebeest Migration
Roughly 3,000 wildebeest were spotted yesterday, right near Elewana Sand River Masai Mara Camp. They were on the northern side of the river and probably represent the first major crossing of the year. With Kenya's borders opening on the 1st August, do contact us to plan a safari, so that your guests can witness one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

In order to raise funds for our Pamoja Fund, the general managers of The Manor at Ngorongoro have created The Elewana Pamoja Punch Challenge.
Here, Alia Bellamy, Elewana's Marketing Manager, makes the Melon Mellow Melody. Add a dash of vodka for the adult version. 🍹🍹🍹
What you need to do is:
- make a punch/cocktail in 5 minutes and give it a 'punchy' name
- nominate 5 friends to do the same; they have to respond in 5 days and post a video with #PamojaPunch
- donate $5 to the Pamoja Fund: https://landandlife.foundation/ways-to-give/
We've got 5 weeks to do this, and if successful, we could raise $5000 to support the people, places and wildlife who have been most impacted by the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
In Swahihli, 'pamoja' means together. In Sheng (urban Swahili-English slang), 'punch' means five hundred shillings, equivalent to US$5 and in English, it is of course an alcoholic (or non-alcoholic) fruit based drink. #PamojaPunch
