TERMINAL CHANGE NOTICE: Jambo! So as to pave way for renovation works of JKIA’s Terminal 1B & C, kindly be advised that Lufthansa German Airlines, Qatar Airways, Ethiopian Airways, Turkish Airlines, and RwandAir have temporarily moved their flight operations from the two terminals to Terminal 1A, while Uganda Airlines has moved its operations to Terminal 2.

Please remember to check with your respective airline for updated flight information.

To minimize inconveniences at the airport, passengers are requested to arrive at the airport at least 4hours before their flight ✈️ departure time.

High Commission of India, Nairobi is pleased to inform that the Government of India has further liberalized e-visa scheme by making following changes in the validity period and fee of e-visa:

· Introduction of a short validity (1 month) tourist e-visa with a fee of US$ 25,
· Reduction of e-Tourist visa fee from US$ 25 to US$ 10 from April to June,
· Validity of regular e-visa increased from current permissible one (1) year to five (5) years with multiple entry, with fee of US$ 80 and;
· Reduction of fee from US$ 80 to US$ 40 for one year e-Tourist visa.

Kenya Airports Authority

KISUMU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FLIGHT CHANGES

We wish to inform all passengers and the general public that Kenya Airports Authority will be carrying out civil works on the runway at Kisumu International Airport to improve the aircraft operations infrastructure to better serve our customers.

The civil works and widening of the runway will begin on 18th to 28th March 2019. During this period, the runway will be available for flight operations from 06:45am to 07:00pm. After which it will be closed for the scheduled works.

The runway will however remain closed all day on 19th March 2019. This is to allow for major preliminary works that will enable daytime flight operations on the subsequent days.

Any passengers planning to travel through Kisumu International Airport between 18th to 28th March 2019, are urged to contact their respective airlines for further information.

Please be informed that the Category U VISA is no longer valid for passengers traveling to India. Passengers must be accepted with OCI card only when traveling to India.

OCI card holders should bring and use their OCI card and should not be accepted based on the U visa sticker as the 'U' visa sticker is no longer valid.

Kindly note that if any OCI card holding passengers travel to India without the OCI card, the airline will br not allowed Travel to India.
