Came across a group of sub adult cheetahs at amboseli national park Kenya having cornered a Warthog with her tiny piglet... Meanwhile the mother of the sub adult cheetahs was a few meters away watching closely to see if her cubs were putting to practice what they learned from her.
After 30mins of tussle and a dusty embroiled back and forth, the Mother Warthog proved to be too aggressive and protective of her piglet for the cheetahs to take it down.
Finally the young cheetahs gave up since for them it was becoming too much of a risk to sustain any injury in this harsh wilderness. Survival will always be for the fittest out here, and for this group of four sub adults, it was better to live and fight another day... Humbled by pumba, they wisely chose to save their precious energy for a better meal later if they got lucky.
As they walked away, this impressive litter of four suddenly changed direction and began to approach the main road after an unexpected turn of events.. Surprisingly, they came right next to our van to enjoy some shade and what a moment this was for the guests.. Just Special!!
