Delphine-Marie is the managing director of East African Eco Adventures. Since 2002, she has travelled through Central Africa and later East Africa, where she eventually settled in 2009. Convinced that ecotourism and the collaboration with the local communities are the keys to sustainable conservation of the environment and its wildlife, she founded East African Eco Adventures so that travellers, t
ourists and adventure seekers may discover the wonders of East Africa and particularly Kenya. She works with local driver-guides only to ensure that your safari is an unforgettable experience, in English or in French. Our philosophy is to be eco-friendly and to give as much priority as possible to environmental-friendly lodges, hotels and homes stays that engage the local economy and offering our clients fresh products stemming from local farming. During our activities, we try our best to reduce our environmental impact. Based in Nairobi, we mainly offer safaris in Kenya, but thanks to our local partners throughout East Africa, we also give you the opportunity to go on a safari in Tanzania, to meet the mountain gorillas in Rwanda, to be immersed in Ethiopian culture or to discover the extraordinary birdlife of Uganda.

A bucket-list item of note. People flock from all over the world to the unique experience of having breakfast with the resident herd of Rothschild's giraffe.
The charming old-world building transports you back in time, while the modern comforts make it an ideal overnight stay before or after spending the week on a luxury safari in Kenya.
With a waiting longer than a Giraffe's neck, it's best to book your stay at Giraffe Manor as early to be sure you don't miss out.

Isnβt that soooooo sweet?! β₯οΈ
Book your trip to Mara with us!
Our 3rd finalist for September is Hetal Teeku Patel Teeku Patel from Kenya with his image, "Rain Play" entered in aid of Mara Elephant Project while staying at Naibor Camp
He provides us with some background about the shot: "It was one of those rainy gloomy evenings in the Mara and the Rekero lion pride were well fed. The adults were fast asleep leaving the three young cubs to play by themselves. With the mad dashing around the croton bushes and ant hills I finally managed to get all three cubs in one frame, pondering their next move..."
Two more finalists to come...
Whaaaaaaaat??! Thatβs crazy!!!!
Letβs go safari and try to catch such a moment ourselves!!
Not in Kenya but still in East Africa, here is an amazing Shoebill, a astonishing bird from Uganda!!!
We also organize safari in Uganda, which you can combine with Kenya and Tanzania !!
Donβt hesitate to contact us if youβre in need of adventure!!!
Wouldnβt let a lion lick my hand anyway!!!
Stay safe and never ever try to pet any wildlife while on safari !!!!
A lion's tongue is rougher than coarse sandpaper. Its lingual spines, or papillae, make the tongue so rough that if a lion licked the back of your hand only a few times, you would be left without any skin.
Connect with Nature!
Rest In Peace Dida π

I thought I would talk sooner about post Covid but Covid is still there, all over the world, and we have to live with it and protect ourselves as much as we can... Life must go on and we have to get back on track! The last 2 years have not been the best for tourism in Kenya (ok... itβs been dramatic..) but we are coming back, stronger and motivated! Weβll share with you very soon our new packages, soon itβs time to realize your dreams, stay tuned!!
