KBW 316G - TopMost Shuttle Sacco ( Kayole - Nairobi town) The conductor, in a black Muslim kofia ( Walai) & gogles, is very rude, stubborn & disrespectful to customers. He overloads the matatu with standing passengers & doesn't want any complaint. If you do, he talks to you rudely to an extent of telling you that you mind your own work, if you are a Doctor - you inject people, if a Teacher - you teach students & let him do his work as a conductor. Today morning 22/3/24, he forced a passenger, half-way to her destination coz of complaining that she was promised to get a seat at Donholm when others would alight but to her disappointment nobody alighted. On asking she was forced out of the matatu at Makadara.via Maria Ndonga

(A few weeks ago)Hide my identity,
Just boarded this umoinner mat to town some minutes ago and after reaching donholm the conductor and the driver alighted the mat not informing us that it had some mechanic prob, stayed in mat for some mins and none of the two bothered to inform us about it until other conductors did, hawakurudisha hadi the extra fare tuchukue magari to town, plz umoinner style up😏

KDL 380U, 2NK Shuttle, Mombasa to Nairobi.

Time travelled, 6pm-3am.

I'm a long distance driver as well but hats off to Driver Edu. Very modest man, never pushed the shuttle hard at all, excellent gear shifting, well timed overtaking and he took bumps very nicely.

I was at the front seat and I, being a driver as well, rarely ever sleep kwa gari but in this one I was relaxed enough to do so.

His lights are also very well set and he used the high beam very few times. Charging ports for phones also worked just fine.

It's a drive I'd like to take with him again.
2NK SACCO Society LTD that man not only knows his job but how to do it extremely well.

The shuttle was also very well maintained. The only downside was it had no wifi and entertainment despite being fully equipped for both.via Mwaniki Karuru

Lets give credit where due...so today i was travelling along the nyeri nanyuki highway and got interested in the riding of this guy. He was well dressed( all safety gears,) and he was making use of indicators very well and observing lane discipline. Unfortunately i took a video that did not 'save' itself, but i made sure i stopped at where he stopped and had a little chat and congratulated him . I just wish all riders could have the same spirit, accidents would decrease ( hide my identity)

Hello, nilikuwa on my way to Bungoma na sijawahi kuwa na experience ka Ile nilikuwa nayo with Enoma lux shuttle KCW 762T, tumetoka kisii and Hawa watu walituambia gari ni direct to Bungoma bt Hawa jamaa walifika kwa katikati ya safari wakaoverload gari sana na ilihali tumepewa ticket after kulipa then dere ni rude anaenda akishusha watu akibeba na akiambiwa anakuwa mkali. Hello there.
Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the matatu I travelled in but it is registered to 4NTE sacco
(KDB....) I don't recall the other digits.
Anyway I would like to commend the driver that fared the Nyeri to Nakuru route today @4:10. I boarded the said matatu in Nyeri town and I can confidently confirm he was very professional, his driving skills were impeccable something rare in the matatu industry.
Help me share this experience and if possible recognize that driver. ( He was experienced age between 40-60) via Caleb Memphis
