Visit Africa Limited is a long established company catering for visitors who wish to stay in superior safari lodges, luxury tented camps and hotels. The company is a family run business Managed by Lewis de Souza who has vast experience in various fields of Tourism in Kenya. Lewis who was born in Nairobi and raised on the fringes of Kenya's Tsavo West National Park (fondly called the "the heart of

wildlife" by wildlife lovers) in Kibwezi. In April 1984 Visit Africa was incorporated with Lewis’s daughter Heather-Gail de Souza who is also a lover of the wild, Heather completed her Masters degree at The University of Surrey, UK, and has had worked in various countries including the Middle East and United Kingdom. A company that prides itself on a strong reputation for quality and reliability built up over many years of delivering the highest level of customer service and care. Each vehicle is equipped with long Range VHF radios for easier communication in the parks. Each vehicle carries 2 spare wheels. We have recently upgraded our fleet to four wheel drive Toyota Land Cruiser Jeeps. Our Office is in regular contact with our agents and clients whilst on safari. All safaris are operated with modern, specifically designed and constructed safari vehicles, all have experienced driver guides, each vehicle is in radio contact with other vehicles so they can get you to areas where game has been spotted and to keep in touch with our office in Nairobi. You can visit the Masai Mara, Amboseli or Tsavo or even Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Selous in Tanzania. Whatever you choose you can be assured of tip top service and quality all the way. Your accommodation whilst of safari will be in some of the very best available, whether it be a lodge constructed to blend in with the surroundings of African Architecture or in luxury tented accommodation you won’t be disappointed. You can also experience Kuhama which in English translates to Move’ a mobile luxury camp that is pitched where the animals are for the season, offering you all the comforts & amenities. Spending the night in a tent in Africa is an unforgettable experience. The company has a philosophy of supporting sustainable tourism and is a keen follower of the Kenyan conservation movement. It firmly believes that the world as inherited by our parents and must be protected for the benefit of our children and their children.

Well, what an incredibly busy year it has been for us . We have had one of our most exciting years ever, and I'm proud of myself with my teams achievements. My office colleagues and driver/guides thank you for making 2022 a success and of course our overseas partners friends and family we would not have made it this far.

My team has been a great support and worked very hard to make up for lost time. This December is our holiday and rest time taking it easy before we hit the road again in January.

I am always striving to offer the best personalised service and experience with my hands on knowledge and tried and tested Safaris. Each year I visit and inspect camps/lodges/parks/roads/food quality/vehicle safety and comfort and everything that counts to make a safari comfortable for you.

I look forward to any feedback. Please keep in touch with us on social media and we would be more than happy to share and post any of your updates that you send through.

I am not saying it's going to be easy In 2023 but I am saying it's going to be worth it!
