Kieti's 'Famous' Tomato Soup!

We get asked time and time again for this recipe, so we thought it was finally time to release it to you all!

Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 cubes of vegetable stock
2 Β½ cup quartered tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
3 tbsp basil leaves

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. 2. Add the quartered tomatoes, olive oil, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper to a baking tray. Bale it for 20 minutes. Increase the baking temperature to 230 degrees and bake it for another 10 minutes. 3. Take a pot of water and add a vegetable stock cube to it. Add the roasted tomatoes, and then add chopped basil leaves. 4. Let the mixture boil and cook. Blend the mixture with the help of the hand blender and make a smooth soup out of it. 5. Serve it with house-baked bread roll slices, and enjoy!
