YES Housing Co-operative Society Limited was formed 4 years ago with the main objective of providing quality and affordable housing to its members. We ensure an investment opportunity of everyone in the team - increase wealth - by offering a motivational strategy to the members; hence increase in productivity. YES Co-operative has grown at a high rate from 50 members in 2010 to about 450 members t

o date. Our membership comprises of current and former staff of;

• Sheer Logic among others
Other Entities / Individuals are invited to join the Co-operative subject to the Board Approval. Membership fee is Kshs 1,000/- and a minimum monthly share contribution of Kshs 2,000/-.Minimum share capital is Kshs 15000/-. NOTE: Non-members are also invited to purchase property with us from all our available projects
