Handle inquiries and convert them into bookings, striving to exceed sales targets.
Travel Arrangements & Booking:
Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Ensure all travel documents are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Manage any last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel emergencies efficiently.
Itinerary Planning & Customization:
Develop tailored travel itineraries, considering client preferences and interests.
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and service offerings.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Address client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
