I wished I had done more with this short vlog of Malindi town but I was very limited with time. So this is literally us luckily getting a private car from Nairobi to Malindi (we showed up at the bus station in Nairobi, we didn’t have tickets and found some guy ferrying people to Mombasa and we like the crazies we are, hopped in). Okay, sounds crazy now but at that time it was our only way of getting to Malindi.
We ended up sleeping in Malindi at ( Ksh 3,500) for a one bedroom, living room and own front yard full of bougainvillea and separate from people. It has a pool and only minutes away from the marine park. We spent the day exploring and went out partying.
Next time I will include a few places and restaurants you can all visit and places you can stay for cheap.
Enjoy a few minutes of the little town in grew up as a tinny little girl.
