As the hot air balloon inflates, the excitement builds as you prepare to take flight. Once the balloon is fully inflated, you’ll climb aboard and take off into the sky. The feeling of floating on the breeze is indescribable, and the views are breathtaking. You’ll soar over the savannah grasslands, taking in the sights and sounds of the wild.
As you fly over the reserve, you’ll have the opportunity to spot a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, zebras, and wildebeest. The Masai Mara is home to the largest concentration of wild animals in Kenya, so the chances of seeing something truly spectacular are high. During the wildebeest migration, you’ll be able to see thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River, a truly remarkable sight.
The flight lasts for about an hour, and as you begin to descend, you’ll see the landing site in the distance. The pilot will guide the balloon to a soft landing, and as you disembark, you’ll be greeted by the ground crew who will help you out of the basket. After landing, you’ll be treated to a champagne breakfast, which will be served in the wilderness as you enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
