The spacious downstairs living area includes a bar and leads naturally into a modern, granite surfaced kitchen and also upstairs to the master bedroom. Downstairs are three bedrooms, furnished with wrought iron beds, each with overhead fans and nets. The Master Bedroom Suite upstairs has windows either side to take advantage of the cooling sea breeze. The spectacular upstairs entertaining space on

the first floor has a bar, comfortable seating areas and a large dining table, all overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The property is situated on a beach access road, approximately 100 yards from the white sandy beach and Watamu Marine Park.The property can sleep a maximum of 8 guests (including children).
