Servicemen of Kyrgyzstan and India to ascent to the Lenin Peak. Military delegation of the Ministry of Defense of India led major Gaurav Negi arrived in Kyrgyzstan.
Representatives of the Indian delegation immediately left for Osh, where they together with Kyrgyz soldiers will go to "Archyk-Tash" camp and plan to ascent to the Lenin Peak.
The event will be attended by seven Kyrgyz servicemen and ten of their Indian counterparts.
Before the climbing of the Lenin Peak, the Kyrgyz-Indian military team will have acclimatization courses. In addition, in frames of the joint ascent, the knowledge of techniques of mountain climbing will be tested.
The event will end August 25, 2013.
