Thus, we have chosen horse riding tourism in order to enable a tourist who is completely unfamiliar with the life of nomadic Kyrgyz people to follow the trails of caravans that have passed by Great Silk Way and feel the spirit of a nomad. Our Kyrgyz breed of horse is distinguished from other horse breeds cultivated in our republic by it’s stamina, small size and unique ability of crossing passages which located at more than 4000 meters above the sea level. Kyrgyz horse is typical highland horse. It is able to resist extreme weather conditions, and easily crosses hills, descents, narrow and steep paths, rivers and rocky lands. Kyrgyz horses are calm, unpretentious, reliable and irreplaceable in mountain hikes. All these qualities open unlimited prospects for further development of mounted tourism in our country. At the same time our mounted tours provide opportunity to learn the truly Kyrgyz mode of life in conditions which are severe for civilized human, to get sight of maiden nature, the nature which is absolutely lacks of any civilization signs. During the journey, tourists can have a stay in nomad shepherds houses, try our Kyrgyz national foods, enjoy national horse games such as Kok-Bory , er enish, tyiyn enmei, kyz kuumai and etc. Tourist, who is fed up with urbanity and furious pace of life has to visit jailoo (pasture) and other noteworthy places where he can stay alone with nature.
