Adventure Guides & Bar staff(long term position, 6 months + / minimum 2months) at Adventure Adam.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, sociable and hard working people to join our team on the island of Koh Rong where we offer the best in a variety of guided tours and activities.

Skills in outdoor activities, guidance, SCUBA diving, first aid and rescue training or similar may help in your application.

Hospitality, service skills and sales experience are also a plus. For those without any previous experience, training can be given to the right candidates with the right personalities! Working couples are also welcome.

At Adventure Adam we are very passionate about our work and care about our community. We are looking for the best people to join our team and help us to sell and operate our tours, manage our bar and home - Adventure Camp, expand on new tours and ideas, continue the company growth and train/work with local Cambodian people, communities and charities. In time you will be trained in boat guidance and operation, fishing tours, kayak guidance, jungle trekking, bush-craft and more.
