After finishing bachelor degree of English literature in Phnom Penh, he carried on his study on the subject of “Master of Arts in Journalism” at Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. Sophal also used to be a Communication Consultant for projects of the World Bank and Asian Development Bank. With his working experience, Sophal has been invited by international organisations to cover news and to be a speaker and lecturer in about 30 countries such as the US, Canada, Australia, Russia, and European countries. Up to mid 2017, he has writien 7 books and three books are in row to be out by late 2017 and 2018.
