CIAC originally began as an international subsidiary of a Canadian organization, founded in Canada in 2004 by an elementary school teacher who received a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Early Childhood Education from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. 🎨🐳 This week, our preschoolers got creative with the letter W by making blow paint art — turning paint into colorful spouts coming out of their whales! 🌈💨 It was a fun and messy way to learn, explore colors, and bring the ocean to life. Great job, little artists!
