Situated just off the historical French quarter near Wat Phnom, the Exchange experience offers visitors all the charm and character of French colonial times in Phnom Penh. Built in 1915c, during the French colonial occupation and believe to be 'Service des Finances Extérieures', (finance services for Expatriates). The historic building has been renovated back to its original form with a touch of style and class from The Exchange.
