Meet Srey Ny, our Community Engagement Officer!
I am Srey Ny, a 23-year-old from Siem Reap Province.
Growing up in a challenging environment, I developed a strong passion for helping others, particularly those from disadvantaged communities. I am particularly passionate about helping kids in Cambodia, to build a better future for the people in my country.
Despite growing up in the rural countryside with limited access to education, I was lucky to receive a scholarship from an NGO to study at high school. During that time, I volunteered to teach English in a small village.
After high school, another scholarship institution called PEPY Empowering Youth, helped me pursue a university degree in International Relations. This experience ignited my desire to contribute to Cambodia's development and share its rich culture with the world.
At Ripple Effect Rides, I'm proud to be a part of a team that is committed to sustainable tourism and community empowerment. As a Community Engagement Officer, I work closely with local communities to create meaningful experiences for our guests. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge of Khmer culture, history, and traditions, and I look forward to welcoming you to Cambodia.
