It’s already for the last 20 years the best time to visit Cambodia, and finally the media is starting to see it. However, we are little bit disappointed that they only talk about Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. There is so much more to see and do in the country. We have great news from Cambodia. As you may know, Cambodia already has 3 UNESCO -listed sites. And as of today, we can add one more site to this list. The temple complex of Koh Ker is now also on the World Heritage List. This is really great news for Cambodia. The temple complex is located about 120 km from Siem Reap and the most famous temple is Koh Ker, the Pyramid Temple, but there are other temples in the area that are definitely worth visiting. We have already included the temples of Koh Ker in the 2024 Lotos Rallye.

It had been a while since we could go out with the whole team. Now it was that time again and we spread it out over several days. The first day we visited the Wildlife Sanctuary. Pedro showed us around and told us about the work they do there. Did you know that they take care of more than 30 dogs here, many of which are disabled? We also prepare lunch for the elephants. The second day was a family day. The kids got to come along and enjoyed the pool, and we also visited the Wildlife & Aquarium. On the last day we had a surprise for the whole team as they had never experienced a yoga/meditation class before. Thank you to Angelo, they are now so excited to do it more often.
These 3 days were all about: Take care of the animals, take care of your family, and take care of yourself. And when everything is in balance, you perform better, feel better and enjoy your work more. For one of our team members, it was unfortunately her last day with us. We wish Aer all the best and are honored that you had the opportunity to work with us over the last few years. We learned a lot from each other, and now you are going your own way. Good luck!
