Phnom Kulen has been the holiest mountain in Cambodia since ancient times and remains so today.

IndiGo Airline sets a new sector for Siem Reap, Cambodia!
That's interesting news! IndiGo, one of India's prominent airlines, is in planning to launch two direct flights daily to Siem Reap (SAI) between New Delhi and Bengaluru (also called Bangalore) commencing in May or June. It would be welcomed by travelers seeking convenient routes to visit the renowned Angkor Wat temple complex and explore the cultural wonders of Cambodia. Another move could potentially open up new tourism opportunities and strengthen ties between India and Cambodia, aside from Cambodian Angkor Air (K6) which also has a new schedule in the plan between Phnom Penh and New Delhi.

Meak Bochea is an important Buddhist holiday celebrated in several Southeast Asian countries, including Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar.

Meak Bochea Day commemorates the group that assembled 1,250 monks on that day to hear the Buddha’s sermon, called the "Fourfold Assembly" because of four factors that were in place, the Buddha's giving of counsel-the collection of precepts in the rules (Vinaya), and the Buddha's prediction of his death, which occurred three months later.

It was our great pleasure to meet Australian media delegates visited Siem Reap to discuss the tourism potential in Cambodia. This event aimed to explore the opportunities and challenges faced by the tourism industry in the country and to identify ways to promote and develop the sector further.

During their visit, the delegates had the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders in the tourism industry, including government officials, Cambodia Travel Association (CATA), local tour operators, hoteliers, and community representatives. They gained valuable insights into the current state of tourism in Siem Reap and Cambodia, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities that exist within the industry.
