I'm also one of those who have married internationally. In other words, I'm an immigration lawyer with an international marriage. I know better than anyone the pain that foreigners must go through. I just want foreigners living in Korea to be a little happier, and I help those who have been harmed by people who say that illegal things such as making visas are possible.

1. One of the many questions is whether the refugee G-1 visa can invite family members.
: It is impossible. It is possible for family members to come to Korea with other visas issued if they meet the requirements for issuance of other visas.

2. Can refugee re-applicants keep their ID cards?
: Refugee re-applicants cannot retain their ID cards without new special reasons. This means that making an ID card is highly likely to be false.

3. Are there visas that illegal immigrants can obtain?
: It is false to say that it is possible to pay a fine. Exceptionally, a marriage visa may be possible, but this also requires humanitarian requirements.

4. 'There is no 100% certainty in any field.' This is common sense.
: All lawyers will help you get what you want. However, even they cannot be 100% sure. It's up to you to decide if you want to try it, and it would be very stupid to give that decision to a lawyer like me.

5. Immigration regulations are very secretive and you don't know unless you experience it yourself. It is different every time, and the requirements of each regional immigration office are also different.
