What an incredible day exploring the South Course of Jeju’s UNESCO Day Tour!

We were blessed with perfect weather, and the view from Eoseungsaengak Trail was absolutely breathtaking—Halla Mountain standing tall in all its glory.

Our guests were amazed by the scenic beauty and unique landscapes, especially the stunning Jusangjeolli Cliffs.

Exploring Jeju with Chadwick International School!
This week, Core Travel had the pleasure of hosting a private educational tour for the wonderful students of Chadwick International School.

From breathtaking UNESCO sites like Cheonjiyeon Falls and Jusangjeolli Cliff, to the serene beauty of Yakcheonsa Temple and the refreshing experience at O'Sulloc Tea Museum, the students immersed themselves in Jeju’s unique nature and culture.

It was a meaningful journey filled with learning, laughter, and lasting memories.

Despite the rain, Jeju Island showed us its unique charm. After welcoming our cruise guests at Gangjeong Port, we explored some of Jeju’s most beautiful spots.

Our first stop was Spirited Garden, where the rain made the lush greenery even more vibrant and peaceful. Then we visited Cheonjeyeon Waterfall—thanks to the heavy rain, the waterfall was more powerful and breathtaking than ever! Our last destination was Yakcheonsa Temple, where the sound of raindrops added a calming touch to the temple’s serene atmosphere.

Even on a rainy day, Jeju’s beauty shines through. Grateful for today’s unforgettable experiences and the wonderful guests who joined us!

Jeju's iconic Dolharubang is a stone statue made of volcanic rock (basalt) that served as a guardian deity for villages. You can find these unique statues all around Jeju, representing the island's rich history and culture!

▪︎History: First created in 1754 (Joseon Dynasty) and placed at village gates to ward off evil spirits.

▪︎Appearance: Wears a round hat, has a smiling face, a big nose, and hands neatly placed on its belly.

▪︎Meaning: Symbol of protection and prosperity. Legend says touching its nose brings good luck!
