To tell the conclusion first, it is impossible to book a express bus through internet as a foreigner.
Korea has weird and stupid internet payment system.
You must have Korean ID number most of time to pay with your credit or debit card.
The expess bus booking system staff said that it is possible to buy or book a bus ticket at bus terminals in Korea with foreign cards, however it is not available through internet web site.
Of course bus is cheapest transportation to travel between cities. If you really want to book a express bus, you should go to bus terminals or ask staff at your accomodation - especially hostel owners.

Ordinary tourist's new program.
If you really want to enjoy snowboarding/skiing in Korea, you should go skiing at night!
Less people on ski field and less traffic as well.

**Program detail.
Free transportation from Honik Univ. Station is offered.
Pick up at 8pm or 10pm(subject to your schedule)
Come back to Hongdae around 5:30am

You will have rental boots, ski/snowboard, cloth, gloves, lift ticket for 6 or 4 hours.
However, it is better to bring your own gloves and cloth if you have. Anyway rental cloths are sh*tty.

If you are sick and tired of visiting palace and temples or staying at the hostel whole day, Why don't you try fishing in Han river park.

Han river park is located in the center of Seoul.
You will be surrounded by skyscraper.
Let's have relax in Mega city's busy.

**Program detail.
Free transportation from Honik Univ. Station is offered.
Pick up at 10am(subject to your schedule)
Come back to Hongik at 6pm
You will have fishing rod, chair, WiFi access in the park
There will be more entertainment stuff such as catch ball, frisbee...
However bring your own entertainment as well such as books.
