GlobeMed Kuwait proudly celebrated Kuwait National and Liberations days at the company’s premises in Kuwait, bringing the team together in the spirit of unity and pride. The team enjoyed a joyful atmosphere with lots of smiles and sweet treats while honoring Kuwait’s rich history and culture.
It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our shared values while strengthening our team spirit.

As part of our ongoing commitment to employee development, GlobeMed Kuwait organized a specialized training workshop themed “Know Your Customer” for its Patients Services Department team. The training was held on the 6th of December at Courtyard Hotel by Marriott and focused on advanced customer service techniques and effective communication skills.
This initiative is a key component of the organization’s strategy to upskill employees and enhance service excellence. Attendees demonstrated great enthusiasm in the session which combined between theory and practice.
