You will enjoy comfortable transportation, a fun boat ride, and visit three separate locations, each one offering something different from the next - the famous Stingray City, Coral Gardens, and Starfish Point. All snorkeling gear is included and you will be picked up and dropped back off at your cruise ship tender pier. This excursion begins at your Grand Cayman cruise ship tender pier where you will find your guide waiting to check you in then get you on-board a comfortable, air conditioned, shuttle bus. You will enjoy a 15-minute drive to the Safe Haven Yacht Club where you will be welcomed on-board by the English speaking crew. You will have lots of room to get comfortable on the 48 ft boat and then head out to the exciting Stingray City just a short 25-minute boat ride away. At Stingray City you can stand on a shallow sand bar and find yourself being introduced to a friendly Southern Ray. Your guide will instruct everyone the do's and don'ts with the rays. Then they will help you into the water. Although large, there is nothing to be concerned with, they have become accustomed to people and are quite friendly. Don't be surprised if you get a little hug as you are shown how to feed them by your guide who will be with you in the water at all times. You may choose to snorkel over the rays if you wish as well. All snorkel gear is provided on-board including masks, snorkels, fins as well as snorkel vests for those who wish to use one. The crew will show you how to use it all. Once your fun with the rays is completed, the crew will help you back on-board. Next, you will go off to Coral Gardens where the water is only about 10 feet deep (3 meters). The crew will help you into the water for another unique experience. Snorkel over top of colorful coral that is home to a wide variety of tropical fish. With crystal clear water that remains warm, you are sure to enjoy all the sights. Your guide will make sure to point out anything of particular interest so you won't miss anything. Note that guests will not be able to touch the bottom, stand on or touch the coral reef. Finally, you will hop back on-board for quick 15-minute ride to Starfish Point. Known for its crystal clear waters, you can see the starfish that populate this area. Marvel at their delicacy and their incredible details. Calm waters with lots of sun are what draw the starfish to the point. At each stop, you will have approximately 45 minutes of snorkeling and fun in the water. Once your time comes to an end, you will be brought back to your Grand Cayman cruise ship tender pier.
