We can't wait for you to join us this Saturday, November 18th and try our delicious Confit Duck Leg. Inspired by a classic dish from the North of Peru, Arroz con Pato is the perfect fusion of foreign and native ingredients, and it has been raising many foodie’s hearts for quite a long time.

The duck leg is slow-cooked in its own fat for four hours until tender and then roasted for a crispy skin. The rice is cooked with beer, garlic, onion, and cilantro, given all the Peruvian flavors, and topped with salsa criolla.

Join us this Saturday and experience the extraordinary fusion of Japanese and Peruvian Heritage cuisine at our first Nikkei Night.
