The KAZENERGY Eurasian Forum The KAZENERGY Eurasian Forum is an annual political and strategic conference for the petroleum and energy sector of Kazakhstan and Caspian region.

Conferences are held in Astana, Kazakhstan. THE KAZENERGY Eurasian Forum is the main annual international event of Kazakhstan's energy sector. Over the course of two days, the heads of government agencies from various countries and the worlds's largest multi-national energy corporations, along with world-renowned industry experts share their vision and experience on the key industry issues for Eur

asia and the world at large. The agenda of the Forum consists of plenary sesions, discussion panels, round tables, thematic seminars and the KAZENERGY Youth Forum. The Republic of Kazakhstan's western oil field, next to the Caspian Sea, contains an estimated 10 billion or more barrels of oil reserves that are recoverable. This number is significant, per oil industry standards that deem a one billion barrel field as a "supergiant". Timur Kulibayev, the Chairman of Kazenergy believes that Kazakhstan can be one of the biggest oil suppliers. Annually, about 1000 delegates from about 40 countries attend the KAZENERGY Eurasian Forum in Astana.
