As the name means, “mashaweer” is about outings. However, behind that simple name we aim to be unique by setting objectives we think are essential for us:

1.Believing that locals should benefit from our activities, our first objective was set: Involving the local community.

2.Considering how easy it is nowadays for everyone to plan a trip anywhere, our second objective rose up: Visiting places o

ff the touristic map.

3.Trusting that diversity is an asset, our third objective was defined: Variety will be the main trait of our activities.

On our next trip on May 20th we will be heading to Ammiq:
the largest remaining freshwater wetland in Lebanon, a remnant of much more extensive marshes and lakes that once existed in the Bekaa Valley. It has been designated an Important Bird Area in the Middle East, in addition to a wide variety of animals (23 species of mammals have been recoreded).
