Dawaer is committed to preventing the spread of extremism among youth and children in Lebanon and the Middle East through producing and disseminating alternative narratives and empowering youth and children to become responsible global citizens and mobilizing their critical thinking to counter radicalization. Dawaer members build on their extensive diverse experiences in achieving their mission and strive to exchange experiences on the local, regional, and international levels to help build a democratic peaceful society respectful of human rights. - Empowering youth and build their resilience against hate speech and violent extremism
- empowering youth to become central actors and key multipliers in preventing, reporting and critically responding to extremist narratives
- Empowering parents to detect and respond to extremism among their children
- Raise the awareness and develop the skills of schools on detecting extremism among their students, adopting preventive measures and empowering young people to become more resilient to extremism.

عبير رحال كانت جزءا من نشاطات دوائر، وكانت مساهمة فاعلة في لجنة "داريا لغدٍ أفضل" بالشراكة مع البلدية للتنمية المحلية والسلام الدائم، لكنها لم تعد بيننا اليوم بسبب جريمة قتل مروعة ارتكبها زوجها. هذه ليست قصة عبير وحدها، بل هي قصة نساء كثيرات في مجتمعاتنا يعانين من العنف الأسري بصمت.
لا للعنف، لا للقتل. نعم للعدالة والحماية. تدين دوائر كل أشكال العنف، وندعو إلى قوانين أشد صرامة لحماية النساء وإنصاف الضحايا.

❌ *زائف:* صورة متداولة على أنها لاستهداف « مسؤول حزب الله في الجيش السوري سلمان جمعة » بغارة إسرائيلية.

✅ *صواب:* بعد التدقيق، تبيّن أن الصورة منشورة في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2024 بعد غارة إسرائيلية استهدفت سيارة في حيّ المزة في العاصمة السورية دمشق ما أدى إلى سقوط قتلى وجرحى في صفوف المدنيين بحسب وزارة الدفاع السورية.

في ظل العــ. دوان الإسرائيلي المتواصل على لبنان، واضطرار حوالي مليون و400 ألف شخص إلى النزوح من منازلهم، تقدم جمعية دوائر و KNVB WorldCoaches الدعم النفسي للأطفال النازحين. ننظّم هذه الأنشطة في إطار مبادرة "شِراكة"، التي تمولها السفارة الهولندية في بيروت. تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تعزيز الاستقرار الاجتماعي والتماسك داخل المجتمعات، وهي تُنفَّذ في جميع أنحاء لبنان.
من خلال "شِراكة"، نخلق مساحات آمنة للأطفال من عمر 6 إلى 15 عامًا في مراكز إيواء عّدة في محافظات بيروت وجبل لبنان والشمال. يقوم مدربو/ات WorldCoaches بتنظيم أنشطة كرة القدم وتنمية المهارات الحياتية كجزء من الاستجابة للأزمة، بالإضافة إلى جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال وأهلهم. تهدف هذه الانشطة الى تعزيز المرونة لديهم وتوفير الدعم ومنح الأطفال وعائلاتهم شعورًا بالأمان رغم الظروف الصعبة التي يواجهونها.

Amid the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon, which has forced around 1.4 million people to flee their homes, Dawaer Foundation and KNVB WorldCoaches are providing vital psychological support to displaced children. We organise these activities as part of the Shiraka initiative, which is funded by the Dutch Embassy in Beirut. This initiative is being rolled out across Lebanon and aims to enhance social stability and cohesion within communities. Through Shiraka, we create safe spaces for children aged 6 to 15 in various shelters across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and the North governorates. As part of the crisis response, trained WorldCoaches organise football and life skills activities alongside psychosocial support sessions for both children and their families. By doing so, they foster resilience, provide emotional support, and offer a sense of security, despite the challenging circumstances they face.

استجابةً للتحديات المستمرة التي تفرضها الحرب في #لبنان، تنظم جمعية #دوائر برنامجاً تدريبياً متخصصاً في الدعم النفسي لمدربي كرة القدم الشباب ضمن برنامج "شِراكة"، بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الملكي الهولندي لكرة القدم وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية الهولندية.

يهدف هذا التدريب إلى تقديم الدعم النفسي وتعزيز الصحة النفسية والذكاء العاطفي لدى المدربين. حيث يستكشف المشاركون مهارات الرعاية الذاتية، والتواصل الفعّال، والمرونة، والعمل الجماعي، وإدارة الضغوط، والتعبير الإبداعي. ستساعد هذه المهارات المدربين الشباب في تمكين الجيل القادم، وبناء عقول مرنة، ومجتمعات داعمة، ومستقبل أكثر إشراقاً لشبابنا وأطفالنا.

In response to the ongoing challenges posed by the war in , is organizing a specialized training program in psychological support for youth football coaches within the “Partnership” program, in collaboration with the Royal Dutch Football Association and with the support of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This training aims to provide psychological support and promote mental health and emotional intelligence among coaches. Participants explore self-care skills, effective communication, resilience, teamwork, stress management, and creative expression. These skills will help young trainers empower the next generation, building resilient minds, supportive communities, and a brighter future for our and .

من أجل تعزيز قدرات #الشباب في مكافحة وخطاب الكراهية، شارك 15 طالب/ة إعلام من بين 92 شاب/ة في تدريب مكثّف حول التغطية المراعية لحساسية النزاع وصحافة الموبايل. تابعوا قصصهم المصورة على منصة "سلام وكلام"، حيث يجد الحوار الإيجابي القائم على التنوع والشمولية مساحة آمنة للتعبير.

أنجز المشروع بدعم من برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي UNDP، بتمويل من الحكومة الألمانية عبر البنك الألماني للتنمية KFW، وبالشراكة مع جمعية #دوائر.

To strengthen capacity to combat and hate speech, 15 media students out of 92 youth participated in an intensive training on conflict-sensitive reporting and mobile journalism. Watch their video stories on the Salam wa Kalam platform, where positive dialogue based on diversity and inclusivity finds a safe space for expression.

شارك 27 شاباً/ة من مختلف المجتمعات المحلية والمناطق في محافظة #الشمال في تدريبات مكثفة لمدة خمسة أيام على بناء وتطوير المهارات الحياتية والرياضية بقيادة مدربين دوليين. تعزّز التدريبات المدربين/ات العالميين/ات على بناء مهاراتهم تباعاً مع المتدربين الأطفال. يُعد هذا التدريب جزءًا من منهاج شامل ومتعدد المستويات والمراحل مصمم لزيادة الاندماج الاجتماعي بين الشبان/ات في المجتمعات المهمشة ومن خلال مشاركتهم/ن وتمكينهم/ن في البرامج الرياضية المحلية.

تأتي التدريبات في إطار مشروع "شراكة Shiraka" المموّل من وزارة الخارجية الهولندية، والذي تنفذه جمعية "دوائر" بالتعاون مع "المدربين العالميين" KNVB-WorldCoaches في مختلف المناطق اللبنانية.

Twenty-seven young people from different communities and regions in Governorate participated in intensive five-day trainings on life skills building led by international trainers. The trainings reinforce the global trainers to build their skills one-on-one with the child trainees. The project is part of a comprehensive, multi-level, multi-stage curriculum designed to increase social inclusion among youth in marginalized communities and through their participation and empowerment in local programs.

The training comes within the framework of the“ Shiraka Partnership” project funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is implemented by “ ” in cooperation with KNVB-WorldCoaches in various Lebanese regions
