Assisting the kitchen chef in coordinating and supervising the food preparation process.
Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that they follow recipes and food safety standards.
Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the kitchen chef.
Ensuring that all food complies with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Managing inventory and ordering food supplies to ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked.
