Ramz Studio had the pleasure of branding “Debunking Dangerous Distractions,” and working alongside Communication Expert and Climate Advocate Dima Masri, for a climate change campaign for CAN International Climate Action Network-International, for their participation in the COP annual conference COP28 UAE. Starting from the logo, the campaign expanded into social media posts, webinar graphics, outdoor banners, wearable items, and detailed info sheets. The identity is a call to avoid the threat of the dangerous distractions, thus the use of aggressive graphics: sharp triangle as well as yellow and black colors as the main ones. Color coding has been given to each kind of threat, black alongside a flashy color: yellow for solar radiation modification, red for carbon offset, green for carbon capture storage and blue for marine geoengeneering.

For Saad and Nour’s memorable wedding, the giveaways followed the royal folkloric style: customized calligraphies that were later embroidered on shawls and wrapped with a label, as well as a small plant with an affectionate message on a tag.
Furthermore, we designed the table labels, each named after historic or iconic couples.

For Saad and Nour’s themed wedding, focused on Arabic folk tales, we expanded the graphics to include the bachelorette party’s uniform: hand drawn gold & green calligraphy and symbols on white gowns. The overall style was fit for the occasion: royal, bold, cute, and festive.

Care for a special themed wedding? We’ve got it covered! Saad and Nour chose an early 19th century Lebanese castle to be their wedding venue. Ramz Studio did an on-site visit of the historical castle located in the Shouf Area, where emirs resided. We took mood and architectural shots and researched Lebanese architecture as well as Arabic folk tales, which we imagined their love story to be.
The branding was therefore influenced by the famous Arabic folkloric tales “أجمل الحكايات الشعبية”, illustrated by Egyptian artist Helmy El Touni. The style was customized to suit our own castle’s architecture, our groom and bride, and their love for pets. We used royal gold and green as the main colors, illustrated the characters and patterns, and drew the freehand decorated Arabic calligraphy.
