To start, this delicious treat was originated from West Africa and brought to the Caribbean by our ancestors. Blue draws, also know as dukunu/dukunoo, or tie-a-leaf, is a delicious treat, made from sweet potato, freshly grated coconut, coconut milk, cornmeal and a blend various spices, wrapped in green banana leaf and boiled to perfection.
