Starting with a catamaran sail to Soufriere, the Bean to Bar journey takes you through the lush scenery at Project Chocolate. A tutorial on the Seederie and tour of the Rainforest, before you experience crafting your own chocolate bar using Estate grown cocoa. You will really go from the Cocoa bean nibs to your own Chocolate Bar. Following this you will have lunch at the sumptuous Hotel Chocolat’s “Market Place” dinery with its unique cuisine, where every item on the menu incorporates a hint of coca. After your day you will be ready to relax in the therapeutic Mud Baths and enjoy swimming and snorkeling between the iconic twin peaks. On our return we will pass through Marigot Bay and experience a beautiful Lucian Style Sunset and keep your fingers crossed for the Green Flash.

When hunger strikes, we’ll make our way to a picturesque beach, where our talented on-board chef will delight us with a freshly prepared lunch, featuring local catches straight from the sea. As we embark on our journey down the stunning west coast, you'll be captivated by the charm of quaint fishing villages nestled along the shore, each with its own unique character. The breathtaking views will accompany us as we make our way to Soufrière, a haven renowned for its iconic Pitons—towering volcanic spires that rise majestically from the sea.
Upon arriving in Soufrière, you will be whisked away to the Sulphur Springs, where adventure awaits. You can choose to explore the world-famous drive-in volcano, immersing yourself in the unique geothermal landscape, or indulge in the rejuvenating mud baths that are said to leave you looking a decade younger.
Next, we’ll head to the Toraille Waterfall, where the refreshing freshwater cascades invite you to take a dip beneath the cool spray—a perfect way to invigorate your senses. Afterward, we’ll return to the catamaran where a delightful buffet meal awaits, featuring a variety of local flavors and fresh ingredients.
Once you’ve had your fill, we will sail to a prime swimming and snorkeling spot. Here, you can dive into the crystalline waters to explore the vibrant underwater flora and colorful sea life that thrives beneath the surface.
