Our staff got an opportunity to participate in an intractive session conducted by Dr. Anuradha Baminiwatta on the concept of mindfulness and the techniques to manage stress while working from home.

Dr. Anuradha Baminiwatta currently teaches Psychiatry to medical undergraduates at University of Kelaniya, while pursuing his postgraduate training in Psychiatry. Throughout the past few years, he has gained clinical experience in Medical, Surgical, Pediatric and Psychiatric units. Furthermore, his research interests include mindfulness-based interventions for mental wellbeing, cognitive neuroscience, and stigma of mental illness.
