📸 • There are two brilliant things you can do in the Hills in Sri Lanka:
- ☕️ Visit the tea plantations and enjoy the endless green fields all around…
- 💦 go waterfall chasing…
There are dozens of brilliant waterfalls and hikes in the Hills!
Dunhinda falls usually looks like being in a huge cloud. It is pretty tall, and powerful, so the bottom area is covered in dew drop spray and mist. Actually its name in Sinhala means “mist” or “smoke”.
It's also known as Bridal Fall because the shape of the falling water resembles a bridal veil.
Getting to the falls is a downward hike, and there’s a lookout point at the end.
❗️At this point there are signs saying that climbing down to the bottom is risky, and it’s for everybody’s own responsibility. It is really steep and slippery, so be cautious!
‼️Also the water is really fast running in the bottom of the cascade, and dangerous, so bathing is possible only in the side pools between the bigger rocks!

අව්රුද්දෙ දවස් 365 ඇතුලේ එක එක දේවල් වලට වෙන් වෙච්ච දවස් තියෙනවා.

අද අගෝස්තු 12,
අද දවස තමයි මහා පොළොවේ ජීවත්වෙන සද්දන්තයන් වෙනුවෙන් ලෝකයම වෙන් කරපු දවස ඒ කියන්නේ “WORLD ELEPHANT 🐘 DAY” එක.

මට මේ පිංතූරය ගොඩක් විශේෂයි මොකද මට ඒ වටිනා දැවැන්තයෙක් හා සම්බන්ධ වෙලා ගන්න පුළුවන් වුන එකම පිංතූරය මේක නිසා.
ඒ වගේම ඒ ගැන මට නිහතමානී අභිමානයක් සහ ආඩම්බරයක් තියෙනවා.
මොකද අලියා තමයි ලංකාව කියන නමට පස්සේ අපේ රට හඳුන්වලා දෙන්න පුළුවන් හොඳම symbol එක නිසා.

අද සිට පටන් ගන්නා ඉදිරි අනාගතය තුළ ඔවුන් මිය යන නිසි දවස වන තුරු කිසිම අස්වාභාවික අනතුරකින් අප රට තුළ ඉතිරිව ඇති එකඳු හෝ දැවැන්තයෙක් මිය නොඇදේවායි යන්න අද දවසේ මාගේ එකම පැතුමයි.

අප සැවම එකතුවී ඒ දැවැන්තයින් රැකගත යුතුමයි.

මගේ මේ පිංතූරය දැක්කට පස්සෙ සමහරවිට ඇතැම් අයට බනින්න හිතෙයි නැතිනම් මාව criticize කරන්න හිතෙන්න පුළුවන්.
මම සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ඒ වගේ දේවල් ගැන වරදවා හිතන්නෙ නැහැ මොකද හැමෝටම අයිතියක් තියෙනවා තමන්ගෙ අදහස් ඉදිරිපත් කරන්න.
තර්ක කරන්නම ඕනේ නම් අපි තර්ක කරමු.
හැබැයි,
ඔබ ඔබගේ ජීවිත කාලය තුළ කවමදාකවත් පරිසරයට කිසිම හානියක් නොකල හා ජීවියකුගේ අකැමැත්තෙන් දෙයක් ලබා නොගත කෙනෙකු විය යුතුයි.
එහෙම නැතිව අපි තර්ක කරන එක තේරුමක් නැහැ.
