Just in case you were wondering where the sea had gone...
Still there....after more than 2 weeks had a look at our beach. Thankfully nothing to see from the sunken container ship.
4th lockdown week. How many more to come????

Unfortunately - like everywhere else actually ?! - we cannot really judge the situation with the figures given in the media. Yes, more than 2000 tested positive every day but how many have been tested? 2260 C-related deaths = 0.01% of the population.
(More than 15,000 die every year from diabetes).

But let's stay positive, better for our immune system!

I took many of the posted pictures while walking our dog Filou.
Unfortunately, he died last Friday at the age of 12. Such a wonderful, faithful companion and family member.
We miss him a lot.

Can you see the bubble this fly is making? It's a refreshing technique. The droplet of saliva exits the head. Some of the liquid evaporates which cools the liquid, which is then swallowed. The fly repeats the operation up to 6 times in a row. The cooling in the head, in the thorax and in the abdomen reaches 3, 1.6 and 0.8°C respectively. Crazy!
