**Job Description:**
Travel Trends Leisure Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Reservations Executive (Inbound)** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound reservations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients in the **China, India, and Russia** market segments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage inbound travel inquiries and reservations from assigned market segments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to client queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
- Stay updated on travel trends and competitor offerings in the China, India, and Russia markets.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, particularly inbound operations.
- Familiarity with the China, India, and Russia market segments is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the market segments will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
