The whole bungalow is rented out (Non AC) at Rs 25,000/- for 1 night for max capacity of Ten guest. Check in 11am & check out 10am (Early check in or Late checkout possible please see below)

Facilities provided;
• 4 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms (Hot water)
• Fans and Linen.
• Caretaker & Cook (Kitchen open from 6am to 10pm)
• 3 meal plan, starting from day 1 lunch and ending with breakfast next day
• The bungalow can accommodate maximum of 10 adults & 3 children on sharing basis.

Available services at an additional cost;

A BBQ grill is available to use, Please bring the coal.

Would we need to bring smaller items like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, spices? You will need to bring everything

Will bed linen, towels, soap be provided? Linen & Towels provided, but not toiletries.

Are there activities that we can do in the area that the children will find interesting? This is a paradise for the kids, as the whole theme of the place is about the great outdoors. We do not offer any electronics (TV, Radio or WiFi) as we would like our guest to enjoy things the good old-fashioned way. The bungalow premises boast of a 180-degree lawn and soon an eco-pool (2019) fed by a freshwater spout (no chemicals). Few things you can do on your own are Short walk & hikes, Watching the Rubber collecting process . A villager will guide you to these locations and activities. Payment is usually Rs 1000/- per day. But keep in mind that these should be done at your own free will as we or our staff are not liable for any problems that may arise if you take to undertake any such activities.

Do we need to worry about mosquitoes, snakes or any other wildlife in the garden? Well we refer to this Bungalow as a Estate Retreat, so the natural environment is part of the property and the experience. Mosquitoes are not a menace but are around. We do recommend some insect repellent. Snakes, I personally or any of our clients have not seen. However, our caretaker who is there 360 days of the year has encountered. Birds, Monkeys and frequent visitors on the perimeter of the garden. Ants and other insects can be found on site.

Please note road access to the Bungalow from the main road is paved all the way, the last 20 meters is gravel (Cars can manage). We suggest you speak with the undersigned for more information and any special arrangements if any.

In order to confirm a booking we require a min payment of 50% and the balance before arrival. All payments should be made to the below mentioned and followed up with a copy of the payment slip/receipt.
