Tharanga Herath, a well known Birder, Instructor and a wildlife artist from Sri Lanka. From very young age he started his voyage as a bird lover and studied Sri Lankan Bird life to the depth, while completing his graduation. while watching Birds, he was amused by the beauty of Sri Lankan Wildlife and started self studies on wildlife Art which led him to be a leading wildlife Artist, who now has reached the International levels by being selected for international Art exhibitions around the world.
Tharanga He is now a well known Birder in Sri Lanka who is a full member in Leading Birding and conservation Organizations in Sri Lanka and Volunteering in Teaching as an Instructor to young who study Sri Lankan Birds.
In his professional life he worked as a freelance Bird and Butterfly Tour Leader to many Tour operator Companies in Sri Lanka and handled large groups of Birders, by main Tour operators from UK,USA,Netherlands,Singapore Etc.
After many years of being a very successful Tour leader who was well received by his clients , he came up with his own company,OrnithVacations Private Limited with Collaboration of other 02 individuals who were also interested in Wildlife.
