He is an experienced healthcare administrator, with a passion to provide a unique experience to all residents He has over 15 years experience heading operational and administrative roles in private hospitals and nursing homes. Mr. Jayasinghe believes that age and sicknesses are no barriers for anyone to achieve optimum love and care. Mr.Jayasinghe believes that a holistic lifestyle is achievable by every senior citizen irrespective of their health conditions. Mr. Jayasinghe is a well respected individual among his peers in the social service and non-for profit organisations in Sri Lanka.

අද දින සුජාතා වැඩිහිටි නිවාසයේ වැඩිහිටි මාපියවරුන් සදහා නිශාන්ති මහත්මිය විසින් ඇගේ මව වන නිමල් පෙරේරා මැණියන්ට සෙත් පතා අත්‍යවශ්‍ය සනීපාරක්ෂක ද්‍රව්‍ය ( pampers ) පරිත්‍යාග කරන ලැබු අතර අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වියලි ආහාර ද්‍රව්‍යද පරිත්‍යාග කරනු ලැබුවේ ඊශා මහත්මිය විසින් ඇගේ මව වන අයිරින් විමලසූරිය මැණියන් හට සෙත් පතා.මෙම පුණ්‍යකර්මය සදහා දායක වු සියලුම දෙනා හට ආශිර්වාද කරන අතර තවදුරටත් මෙවැනි පිංකම් කිරීමට දෛර්‍ය ශක්තිය ලැබේවායි අප කාර්‍ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් ප්‍රාර්ථනා කර සිටිමු.
