"Nanperial village is located in Belihuloya area in Ratnapura district. This hill station is a popular tourist destination. The most popular Baker's Bend and Nagrak Bungalow among the local tourists are located near this Nanperial village. You can see the upper part of Horton Plains from here. The village has a tea factory, a school and a hindu kovil. Nanperial village can be reached in about an hour from Belihuloya on the Colombo-Badulla road.
The bus shown in this photo is the one and only option to get to the city. This bus travels with difficulty on a very narrow and hilly road. This can be described as one of the scariest roads in Sri Lanka. Even the lives of the people traveling here are in grave danger due to the rough slope on one side of the road. The tour is beautiful but the lives of the people living there are very bad."
