Congrats are in order as Chef Alie Bangura and Christina Finley-Neville elected to lead Liberia Professional Chef Association!

The Liberia Professional Chef Association is excited to announce the conclusion of its election process with a new era of leadership set to begin. Chef Alie Bangura has been elected as the new President, with Christina Finley-Neville. stepping in as the Vice President. They are slated to guide the Association for the next three years.

Chef Alie Bangura has emerged victorious in a keenly contested election, showcasing the trust and confidence the members place in his vision and leadership qualities. His expertise and passion for culinary excellence are set to chart a new course for the Association.

Christina Finley-Neville will bring her exceptional skills and experience to the role of Vice President, complementing the President’s agenda and contributing to a robust leadership team.

This leadership transition marks a significant change as they take the reins from the incumbent, Chef Alex Mambu Yamah, who served with dedication for three years one term. We extend our profound gratitude to Chef Yamah for his service and contributions to the Association’s growth during his tenure.

The election was conducted with the highest standards of fairness and transparency, with a total of 62 valid votes cast and 1 invalid vote. We appreciate all candidates who participated and the members who exercised their voting rights with enthusiasm.
We are confident that under the guidance of Chef Bangura and Vice President Finley-Neville, the Liberia Professional Chef Association will continue to thrive, building on past accomplishments while forging new paths.
