We believe that our apartment is probably the best holiday rental in Šiauliai, due to our central location (less than 500m from the main pedestrian

boulevard) and the stylish and comfortable nature of the apartment which was completely renovated in 2011. The apartment is located in a historic pre-war building, with many old details such as high ceilings and wooden floors, and a modern kitchen and bathroom in order to provide our guests with the best of both worlds. Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the whole apartment, which consists of two double bedrooms, living room with TV/DVD player, dining room with space for up to 8 guests, kitchen / breakfast room and the large, south-facing private balcony. Interaction with Guests
You will be met by your hosts Bronius and/or Regina, who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment. They live close-by and are available in case of emergencies during the duration of your stay. The Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in Ausros aleja, the same street as Šiauliai Cathedral, one block away from the main shopping and restaurant street in Šiauliai city centre. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies and the central post office are all within less than 500m. Getting around

The main bus and train stations in Šiauliai are both within easy walking distance of the apartment, approximately 1.0 and 1.5 km away respectively. There are also local buses that stop close to the apartment in Ausros aleja.

Trumpalaikės nuomos atmintinė savininkams:

- Kad butas turi spindėti švara ir tvarka, čia jau nėra net kalbos.
- Skelbime sudėk tiek teigiamus, bet paminėk ir trūkstamus dalykus. Skelbimas turi atitikti tikrovę. Svarbu informatyvios nuotraukos.
- Nomuojama vieta turi būti pilnai aprūpinta. Sakoma,jei negalėtum pats ten gyventi, negalės ir kitas. Tad nepamiršk visų virtuvei būtiniausių daiktų. Tačiau, buto ir neapkrauk. Išsinešk visus asmeninius daiktus.
-Prieš priimant svečią, sužinok kuo galima daugiau apie jį. Dėl kokios priežasties atvyksta, kas bute nakvos, kiek suaugusių, kiek vaikų, kiek vaikams metų. Taip galėsi labiau pritaikyti butą jiems, bet ir pats jausiesi ramiau kai žinosi kam palieki raktus.

- Visada elkis pagarbiai su savo svečias
- Sutik juos šiltai, su dovanėlėmis/vaišėmis, jei įmanoma ir su asmeniniu parašytu sveikinimu ir didžiule šypsena. Šiltas ir malonus bendravimas, viską paperka.
- Atsakyk į žinutes iki 1 val. Niekas neturi laiko laukti atsakymų.☺
- Mokinkis užsienio kalbų ir pats keliauk nuomodamas butus iš kitų, taip prisirinksi daug gerų idėjų.

Norisi pasidžiaugti sutvarkyta mūsų gatve - Aušros alėja. Mūsų kaimynas, baras “Kišenė”, atrodo taip pat puikiai iš lauko pusės. Tačiau nuliūdino iš priešingos laiptinės pusės užsidariusi “Dovanų krautuvėlė”, kuri buvo tikra gatvės puošmena. Jos ilgėsimės. Tikiuosi greitu laiku ten pasirodys nauja jauki parduotuvėlė ar kitas naujas baras. Barai ir parduotuvėlės esančios ne tik bulvare arba prekybos centre suteikia daugiau gyvybės miesto centrui. Bet kaip atrodo miesto aikštė, Varpo g. ir Aušros al iki ir po remonto, yra didžiulis skirtumas. Gera matyti progresyvius Šiaulius.
